Mark Williams

Mark Williams:
Mark brings over 20 years experience in Supply Chain Management and Sales & Marketing to the W2 Partnership. He has previously been responsible for managing Europe’s largest avionics repair business and has also held senior European sales and marketing positions within global organisations.

Mark has completed multiple high profile acquisitions and grown these through organic and acquisitive methods; most recently demonstrated by the purchase of B3 Cable Solutions, growing the turnover from £50M to £250M within 3 years, whilst significantly improving EBITDA performance.

Specialising in the Sales & Marketing aspects of Investment opportunities, Mark is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience.

   

Mike Walton:
Mike is an influential member of the W2 Partnership with over 20 years experience in Operational Management; his focus is driving businesses forward and producing world-class performance through the streamlining of business techniques and a distinctive hands-on approach.

Mike has been a key-player in the procurement and development of several major European acquisitions and takes responsibility for the delivery of ongoing strategic business development.

Handling all aspects of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management, Mike’s forte is the provision of innovative, value-added solutions to aid business growth.

   
Jim Copas

Jim Copas:
Jim is a versatile and strategically oriented General Management Executive with more than 25 years experience in a wide variety of manufacturing, service, consulting, and distribution industry settings; with special focus in Intellectual Property Cross-licensing and software technology transfer areas.

Jim holds a Doctor's degree in Law and LL.M.’s in Intellectual Property Law and International Law–Business and Trade and has successfully negotiated many highly profitable complex acquisitions, cross-border transactions and consortia arrangements across 6 continents; most noteably providing the M&A/Business strategy and legal structuring which played a key role in driving a world-leading EMS manufacturer’s growth to $34 billion while mitigating corporate liability and risk.

Jim’s expertise in International business and trade is an invaluable addition to the W2 portfolio.

Paul Ruocco:
A Chartered Accountant with an established pedigree, Paul lays claim to the establishment of one of the UK’s first independent corporate finance boutiques in 1990.

He has over 20 years experience in advising on and raising funds for numerous successful transactions covering a broad range of business sectors. Over the last decade Paul has taken on a number of executive roles within several large businesses.
